Terms & responsible use
OneDollarLookup is operated by Daystar Development LLC. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy notice. You must be at least 18 and use an email you control.
One Dollar. Zero Subscriptions.
Each lookup credit costs $1 USD. Choose 1, 5 or 10 credits; PayPal shows the total before you approve payment. There is no subscription, recurring charge or automatic top-up. Credits are added after verified payment confirmation and do not expire while your account remains open.
A lookup reserves one credit while processing and uses it only when a usable report is delivered. Invalid numbers, empty results and service failures do not use a credit. A completed report may have missing fields; names, addresses, possible emails or network status are not guaranteed. Reports can be opened for 24 hours.
Refunds and account closure
Contact support from your verified email to request a refund of unused paid credits, report an incorrect charge, or ask for help with a report. Refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment. Completed lookup credits are ordinarily used, but contact us if a service problem occurred. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
A confirmed refund or payment reversal removes the corresponding available credits. Partial refunds are applied cumulatively at one credit per refunded dollar; this does not create a negative credit balance or a monetary debt. Request any unused-credit refund before deleting your account: deletion ends access and does not automatically refund a payment.
What a report means
Reports combine licensed identity records and phone-network checks for supported U.S. numbers. Associations may be outdated or incorrect. A name is not verified identity, an address is not proof of current residence, an associated email is not verified ownership or deliverability, and a network result does not prove who placed a call. We do not provide live location tracking, criminal records or a general spam-call score. The homepage sample is fictional.
Permitted use
Use reports only for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not use this service for employment, housing, credit, insurance or other eligibility decisions. OneDollarLookup is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports. Do not use it for stalking, harassment, threats, doxxing, discrimination, searches for minors, unlawful marketing, scraping, bulk extraction or bypassing safeguards. We may restrict access for misuse.
Your account and availability
Keep sign-in codes private. Your account works on another device using the same verified email. Accounts without unspent paid credits may be removed after one year of inactivity. You can export account metadata or delete your account in settings. Outages and coverage gaps can occur. Changes to price or material terms will be shown before a new purchase; the posted price applies to that purchase.
